This Notice supplements the information contained in Our Privacy Policy and applies solely to individual residents of the State of California.

You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions outlined below. We will delete your personal information from our records after receiving and verifying your request, unless an exception applies.
Your deletion request may be denied if retaining the information is necessary for us to:
- Complete the transaction for which we collected the information
- Detect security incidents
- Exercise a right provided for by law
- Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act
- Comply with a legal obligation

To verify your request, please attest that you are a resident of California, and provide a current California address for our response. If we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request we cannot respond to your request. You may make such a request for yourself, a minor child, or for someone else if you have a power of attorney or are otherwise authorized to request such information on their behalf.
Requests are limited to one per calendar year. Once a request has been verified, we will respond to you within 45 days of receipt.
