History: The Patterson Ranch, Sisters, Oregon, bought Bask from the Catskill Game Farm in 1972. He was sold to Les and Jan Davis, Wise River, Montana, in 1978, repurchased from the Davises in 1983, and sold later that year to Lawrence and JoAnn Goodnight, Bickleton, Washington, who registered him and are still the owners of record. Bask, the grandsire of The Fiduciary (ILR #52000), has 41 listed offspring of which 21 are registered. The Goodnights report five males and two females born on their ranch are not in the data base. Bask continues to be used as a stud.
